  • To cancel a booking, log in to your Ojjo Booking account, go to My Bookings, and follow the cancellation instructions.

2. Refund Process

  • Refunds are processed based on the property’s cancellation policy and the timing of your cancellation.

  • If you cancel within the free cancellation period, you will receive a full refund.

3.1 Property-Initiated Cancellations

  • If this happens, Ojjo Booking will:

    • Notify you immediately.

    • Help you find an alternative property of similar or higher standard.

    • Process a full refund if no alternative is available or acceptable.


4. No-Show Policy

  • If you do not check in at the property on the scheduled date and do not inform the property or Ojjo Booking in advance, your booking will be considered a no-show.

  • No-shows are not eligible for refunds, and the total booking amount will be charged.


5. Modifications to Bookings

  • If you need to modify your booking (e.g., change dates or room type), please contact the property directly or reach out to our Customer Support Team.

  • Modifications are subject to availability and the property’s policies. Additional charges may apply.


6. Force Majeure

  • In the event of unforeseen circumstances beyond our control (e.g., natural disasters, pandemics, government restrictions), Ojjo Booking will work with the property and the user to find a fair resolution. This may include:

    • Rescheduling the booking.

    • Issuing a refund or credit for future use.
