Most bookings on Ojjo Booking come with a free cancellation period. This allows you to cancel your reservation without any charges up to a specified time before check-in.
The free cancellation period varies by property and is clearly displayed during the booking process.
1.2 Cancellation After Free Period
If you cancel your booking after the free cancellation period, a cancellation fee may apply. The fee amount depends on the property’s policy and will be outlined during the booking process.
In some cases, the total booking amount may be non-refundable if canceled after the free period.
1.3 How to Cancel
To cancel a booking, log in to your Ojjo Booking account, go to My Bookings, and follow the cancellation instructions.

2. Refund Process
2.1 Refund Eligibility
Refunds are processed based on the property’s cancellation policy and the timing of your cancellation.
If you cancel within the free cancellation period, you will receive a full refund.
If you cancel after the free cancellation period, the refund amount (if applicable) will be calculated after deducting any cancellation fees.
2.2 Refund Timeline
Refunds are typically processed within 7-10 business days after the cancellation request is approved.
The refund will be credited to the original payment method used during the booking.
2.3 Non-Refundable Bookings
Some bookings are marked as non-refundable during the booking process. These bookings cannot be canceled or modified, and no refunds will be issued.
3. Cancellation by Property
3.1 Property-Initiated Cancellations
In rare cases, a property may need to cancel a booking due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., maintenance issues, overbooking, etc.).
If this happens, Ojjo Booking will:
Notify you immediately.
Help you find an alternative property of similar or higher standard.
Process a full refund if no alternative is available or acceptable.
4. No-Show Policy
If you do not check in at the property on the scheduled date and do not inform the property or Ojjo Booking in advance, your booking will be considered a no-show.
No-shows are not eligible for refunds, and the total booking amount will be charged.
5. Modifications to Bookings
If you need to modify your booking (e.g., change dates or room type), please contact the property directly or reach out to our Customer Support Team.
Modifications are subject to availability and the property’s policies. Additional charges may apply.
6. Force Majeure
In the event of unforeseen circumstances beyond our control (e.g., natural disasters, pandemics, government restrictions), Ojjo Booking will work with the property and the user to find a fair resolution. This may include:
